We are asking for the following items from our members and parishioners.
Baking Table: baking , one or more items per family, please
Raffle Table: new and other items that are in good condition
Toonie Bags: new items or used items in good condition
Volunteers to help set-up:
Friday 1:00 to 3:00pm; and Saturday 10am to Noon

Saturday after 10:00am., at 20th St. entrance

Upcoming Safety Procedures Workshop
This workshop is essential and very important for all parish Welcomers, Ushers, and Sacristans. Others who are interested are also welcome. The session will include important training on safety procedures, including the use of the parish defibrillator, Naloxone, as well as protocols for welcoming visitors to our parish safely.

Rite of Election
The Rite of Election is a celebration for the Catechumens (the unbaptized). The Candidates (the baptized) are welcome and encouraged to join the rest of the baptized in celebrating this rite with the Catechumens. Prior to the Rite of Election, Fr. CWL & K of C Reminder
General Meetings for both the CWL and K of C are scheduled for Wednesday, February 4th at 7:00pm. CWL will meet at Columbian Place, K of C will meet in the Church. All are invited to attend. Next K of C Breakfast will be held on Sunday, February 8th , following the 10:00am Mass
World Day for Consecrated Life Mass
(Followed by a light lunch) Each year on Feb. 2, the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord in the Temple – also known as ‘Candlemas’ – the Catholic Church celebrates the World Day for Consecrated Life, to recognize the gift of consecrated life and reflect on how those in consecrated life enrich the life and mission of the Church across the world. Mass will be live-streamed at saskatoonmass.com.
Needs of the Canadian Church
A special collection in support of the ongoing work and outreach of Canada’s Catholic bishops will be held Sunday, Feb. 1st in parishes across the Roman Catholic Diocese of Saskatoon
Sacramental Preparation Classes with Sr. Peter Mary
Sacramental Preparation classes began in the fall.
Most classes are held in the Welcome area of St. Paul’s Co-Cathedral for easy accessibility to internet.
Baptismal Preparation: For parents wanting to baptize their child, a baptismal prepara tion class is required. Classes will begin again in January.
Confirmation Classes begin Wednesday, January 31 at 10:00am at St. Paul’s Co-Cathedral. There will be 8 classes.
Confirmation with Bishop Mark will be on Thursday, May 7th

Training Sessions
For Extraordinary Ministers of Communion and Lectors at our Sunday Liturgies will be offered on Saturday, May 6th from 1:00 to 3:30pm. Both new volunteers and those currently serving in these ministries, will be commissioned following these sessions. Training Session for Sacristans will be from 3:30 to 4:15pm. Fr. Kevin will be present for all sessions.
